Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred
  • Ability to work extended, irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Capability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments
  • Basic knowledge of English language
  • Dependability and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Report to manager, coordinator and supervisor in appropriate uniform to attend pre-event briefings
  • Welcome guests with a warm smile, eye contact, and positive, energetic attitude
  • Conduct 5-minute zone checks of assigned positions and report any hazards or items requiring attention
  • Have thorough knowledge of venue layout, policies, and event timelines to assist guests and answer inquiries
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance
  • Assist with accessibility services including wheelchair escorts
  • Support crowd control efforts by guiding traffic to keep areas clear
  • Use radio communication to report guest or event needs
  • Report suspicious activity or safety concerns promptly
  • Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with venue policies and code of conduct
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Respond to guest questions with empathy and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve seating issues or relocations
  • Follow all safety standards, company and department policies
  • Operate equipment such as ticket scanners
  • Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and assist during evacuations or incidents
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to provide seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain professionalism with guests, clients, and colleagues
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
  • Adapt flexibly to changing situations
  • Maintain regular attendance and the ability to work all ASM Global venues
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
