Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a food service or restaurant environment
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capability to handle physical demands including lifting 50 pounds
  • willingness to work in various temperature environments and near open flames
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to maintain alertness and safety standards at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar roles
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • experience in inventory management and budgeting
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • physical capability to handle strenuous activities

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away and perform additional duties as assigned
  • cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
