Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service or restaurant supervisory role
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • capacity to work in hot and cold temperature environments
  • ability to work near open flames and in tight spaces
  • strong dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
  • ability to maintain near constant communication with multiple people
  • capability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • commitment to working in a safe and alert manner

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • ability to manage inventory and budgets
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to cross train in various restaurant functions

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away and perform additional duties as assigned
  • cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
