Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • capacity to work in varying temperature conditions and near open flames
  • flexibility to work in tight spaces when needed
  • capability to maintain constant communication with team members
  • good vision, including close, distance, and peripheral
  • ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • commitment to working in a safe and alert manner

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant or foodservice management
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards and quality control
  • ability to manage inventory and budgeting
  • excellent communication and coaching skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
  • ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • may stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
