Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend and reach overhead
  • Dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
  • Comfortable working in hot, cold, and variable temperature environments
  • Willingness to work near open flames
  • Ability to work in tight spaces when necessary
  • Strong visual acuity including close, distance, and peripheral vision
  • Ability to maintain constant communication with multiple people
  • Capability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • Commitment to safety and alertness at all times
  • Willingness to work outdoors under various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role preferred
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Ability to manage inventory and budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for customer service and team development

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
  • Be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • Develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
  • Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned
