Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend and reach overhead
- Dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, and variable temperature environments
- Willingness to work near open flames
- Ability to work in tight spaces when necessary
- Strong visual acuity including close, distance, and peripheral vision
- Ability to maintain constant communication with multiple people
- Capability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
- Commitment to safety and alertness at all times
- Willingness to work outdoors under various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Ability to manage inventory and budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
- Be responsible for the entire guest experience
- Develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
- Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
- Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
