Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, reach overhead, and work in various restaurant conditions
- effective communication skills
- capacity to maintain alertness and safety awareness throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
- be responsible for the entire guest experience
- develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
- put deliveries away and perform additional assigned duties
- cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- assist with any additional duties assigned
