Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to bend, reach overhead, and work in various restaurant conditions
  • effective communication skills
  • capacity to maintain alertness and safety awareness throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or related hospitality roles
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic inventory and budget management skills
  • physical capability to meet the demands of the job

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away and perform additional assigned duties
  • cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
