Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong communication and leadership abilities
  • capacity to maintain safe working practices
  • must be able to work in various temperature conditions
  • must maintain near constant communication with multiple people

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to motivate and coach team members
  • experience with inventory management and budgeting
  • adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic understanding of culinary operations

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
  • ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • may stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
