Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1-2 years experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication and leadership abilities
- capacity to maintain safe working practices
- must be able to work in various temperature conditions
- must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to motivate and coach team members
- experience with inventory management and budgeting
- adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic understanding of culinary operations
Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
- be responsible for the entire guest experience
- develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
- put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
- ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- may stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- assist with any additional duties assigned
