Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments
  • Willingness to work near open flames
  • Dexterity to handle kitchen equipment such as tongs, pots, and pans
  • Ability to work in tight spaces
  • Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
  • Good close, distance, and peripheral vision
  • Ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • Commitment to working safely and maintaining alertness
  • Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively
  • Basic budgeting and inventory management skills
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for customer service and creating positive guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special operations trainers
  • Be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • Develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • Oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • Put deliveries away and perform additional assigned duties
  • Cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned
