Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in foodservice or restaurant leadership role
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to bend, reach overhead, and handle kitchen equipment safely
- Comfortable working in hot and cold environments and near open flames
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain alertness and work safely
- Ability to work in tight spaces and outdoor conditions when required

- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
- Be responsible for the entire guest experience
- Develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
- Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
- Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
