Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in foodservice or restaurant leadership role
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to bend, reach overhead, and handle kitchen equipment safely
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold environments and near open flames
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain alertness and work safely
  • Ability to work in tight spaces and outdoor conditions when required

  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
  • Be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • Develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
  • Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned
