Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience working in the restaurant or food service industry
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • comfortable working in hot, cold, and variable temperature environments
  • must be able to bend, reach overhead, and work near open flames
  • able to maintain near constant communication with multiple people
  • ability to work in tight spaces and maintain alertness and safety
  • must have close, distance, and peripheral vision
  • willingness to perform various physical tasks including sitting, squatting, and kneeling occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards and quality control
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • proficiency in inventory and budget management

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
  • ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • may stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
