Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working in the restaurant or food service industry
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- comfortable working in hot, cold, and variable temperature environments
- must be able to bend, reach overhead, and work near open flames
- able to maintain near constant communication with multiple people
- ability to work in tight spaces and maintain alertness and safety
- must have close, distance, and peripheral vision
- willingness to perform various physical tasks including sitting, squatting, and kneeling occasionally

- Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- strong leadership and team development skills
- knowledge of food safety standards and quality control
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- proficiency in inventory and budget management
Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
- be responsible for the entire guest experience
- develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
- put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
- ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- may stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- assist with any additional duties assigned
