Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • comfort working in hot and cold temperatures
  • ability to work near open flames
  • dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
  • capacity to work in tight spaces
  • good vision including close, distance, and peripheral
  • ability to communicate constantly with multiple people
  • able to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • maintain alertness and safe practices
  • flexible to occasional outdoor work

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and Special Ops trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away
  • ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
