Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in hotel guest services or front desk roles
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to work flexibly and stay busy during all shifts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professional grooming standards

Job Duties

  • Manage Guest Services team to ensure welcoming and efficient guest experiences
  • Oversee and ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Train and coach team members for optimal performance
  • Respond promptly to guest and team concerns with urgency
  • Build emotional connections with guests to enhance their experience
  • Maintain high grooming standards and professionalism within the team
  • Identify and complete tasks during slower guest traffic periods
