Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- comfort working in hot and cold environments
- capability to maintain near constant communication with team members
- ability to work in tight spaces and near open flames
- willingness to work outdoors occasionally
- physical ability to bend, reach overhead, sit, squat, and kneel occasionally

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
- be responsible for the entire guest experience
- develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
- put deliveries away
- ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- assist with any additional duties assigned
