Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • comfort working in hot and cold environments
  • capability to maintain near constant communication with team members
  • ability to work in tight spaces and near open flames
  • willingness to work outdoors occasionally
  • physical ability to bend, reach overhead, sit, squat, and kneel occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage budgets and inventory
  • customer service oriented
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work various shifts

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away
  • ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
