Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • capability to work in varying temperatures including near open flames
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to maintain effective communication in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a management or leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away plus any additional duties assigned
  • ability to cross-train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • may stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
