Job Requirements
- Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
- must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
- comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
- able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- able to maintain near constant communication with multiple people
- comfortable working near open flames
- able to work in tight spaces
- must maintain alertness and safe work practices
- able to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
- may be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- knowledge of food safety standards and quality control
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- passion for customer service and team development
Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
- be responsible for the entire guest experience
- develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
- put deliveries away and perform additional assigned duties
- cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- assist with additional duties as assigned
