Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • able to stand for long periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • comfortable bending and reaching overhead often
  • possess dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
  • comfortable working in varying temperatures and near open flames
  • able to work in tight spaces
  • maintain near constant communication
  • good vision including close, distance, and peripheral
  • able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally
  • maintain alertness and work safely
  • may work in outdoor weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant environment preferred
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to manage inventory and budgeting
  • capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for customer service and team development

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and Special Ops Trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away and perform additional assigned duties
  • cross-train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • assist with additional duties as assigned
