Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in various temperature conditions
  • strong communication skills
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to maintain constant communication with team members
  • dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
  • ability to bend, reach overhead, sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • willingness to work near open flames and in tight spaces

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role

  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage inventory and budgeting

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away and perform any additional duties assigned
  • ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
