Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in various temperature conditions
- strong communication skills
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain constant communication with team members
- dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
- ability to bend, reach overhead, sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
- willingness to work near open flames and in tight spaces

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
- be responsible for the entire guest experience
- develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
- put deliveries away and perform any additional duties assigned
- ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- assist with any additional duties assigned
