Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to bend, reach overhead, and work in varying temperatures
- Comfort working near open flames and in tight spaces
- Strong communication skills to maintain constant interaction with team members
- Vision requirements including close, distance, and peripheral vision
- Ability to work in a safe and alert manner
- Willingness to occasionally work outdoors

- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting processes

- Flexibility to handle physical demands associated with restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
- Be responsible for the entire guest experience
- Develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- Oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
- Put deliveries away and perform additional assigned duties
- Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- May stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
