Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in food service or restaurant management
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in team leadership within the food service industry
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Ability to manage inventory and control budgets

  • Passion for leadership and staff development

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
  • Be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • Develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • Develop yourself and others focusing on self-improvement and supporting others' success
  • Put the customer first by creating CAVA fanatics through positive guest interactions
  • Achieve results by taking ownership of shifts and maintaining high job pride
