Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures
  • able to work near open flames and in tight spaces
  • maintain close communication with multiple team members
  • possess good vision including close, distance, and peripheral
  • able to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • maintain alertness and safety at all times
  • available to work flexible hours including part-time or full-time

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or related leadership role
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage inventory and budgeting
  • capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to cross train and adapt to multiple roles

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away and perform additional assigned duties
  • cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
