Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or restaurant management
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to bend and reach overhead frequently
- dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
- comfortable working in hot and cold environments
- ability to work near open flames
- capable of working in tight spaces
- maintain constant communication with team members
- good vision including close, distance, and peripheral
- ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
- maintain safety and alertness
- willingness to work outdoors occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a restaurant environment
- strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- ability to develop and motivate team members
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- experience with inventory management and budgeting
- flexibility to work various shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Lead and develop Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
- be responsible for the entire guest experience
- develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
- put deliveries away and perform additional duties as assigned
- ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- assist with any additional duties assigned
