Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or restaurant management
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to bend and reach overhead frequently
  • dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
  • comfortable working in hot and cold environments
  • ability to work near open flames
  • capable of working in tight spaces
  • maintain constant communication with team members
  • good vision including close, distance, and peripheral
  • ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • maintain safety and alertness
  • willingness to work outdoors occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a restaurant environment
  • strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • ability to develop and motivate team members
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience with inventory management and budgeting
  • flexibility to work various shifts
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away and perform additional duties as assigned
  • ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
