Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or foodservice industry preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
- Capable of working near open flames and in tight spaces
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned

- Experience in restaurant leadership or management
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Knowledge of food safety standards and culinary operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage inventory and budgeting

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
- Be responsible for the entire guest experience
- Develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- Oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
- Put deliveries away and perform additional duties as assigned
- Cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- May stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
