Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
  • physical capability to meet the demands of the job including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to maintain composure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • experience leading and coaching a team in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • knowledge of food safety standards and quality control
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage inventory and budgeting processes
  • flexibility to cross train in multiple restaurant functions
  • physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and Special Ops trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
  • ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
