Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
- physical capability to meet the demands of the job including lifting up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain composure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- experience leading and coaching a team in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- knowledge of food safety standards and quality control
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage inventory and budgeting processes
- flexibility to cross train in multiple restaurant functions
- physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and Special Ops trainers
- be responsible for the entire guest experience
- develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
- put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
- ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- assist with any additional duties assigned
