Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to maintain high energy and positivity
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds physically
- comfort working in varying temperature conditions
- excellent verbal communication skills
- commitment to providing outstanding guest service
Job Qualifications

- experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
- be responsible for the entire guest experience
- develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
- put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
- ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- may stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- assist with any additional duties assigned
