Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
strong interpersonal and leadership skills
ability to maintain high energy and positivity
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to lift up to 50 pounds physically
comfort working in varying temperature conditions
excellent verbal communication skills
commitment to providing outstanding guest service

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
strong leadership and communication skills
knowledge of food safety regulations
ability to motivate and develop a team
budget and inventory management experience
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
be responsible for the entire guest experience
develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
may stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
assist with any additional duties assigned
