Job Duties

  • Serve as the face of Society Swan, welcoming all guests with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention
  • Create memorable experiences for every guest, ensuring comfort, connection, and exceptional service from arrival to departure
  • Manage reservations and guest communications, ensuring smooth entry and accurate table or seating arrangements
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to ensure a seamless experience throughout the venue
  • Build relationships with a diverse clientele, fostering community, loyalty, and positive word-of-mouth
  • Collaborate with teams across the venue including operations, security, food and beverage, and events to deliver coordinated, high-quality service
  • Oversee guest flow and seating logistics, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment at all times
