Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality management preferred
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency with property management systems and standard hospitality software
  • Ability to handle multitasking and fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to uphold brand standards and guest experience excellence

Job Duties

  • Conduct daily reviews of guest arrivals including VIPs and repeat guests
  • Partner with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and bespoke amenities
  • Manage room inventory and collaborate on upgrade strategies
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles in PMS and recognition systems
  • Reach out to VIP guests prearrival to confirm preferences and curated options
  • Serve as primary contact for VIP guests during their stay
  • Coordinate welcome amenities and celebration moments
  • Send personalized post-stay follow-up communications
  • Monitor in-room dining ticket times and delivery standards
  • Reconcile IRD orders with POS and guest folios
  • Own resolution of service issues from report to resolution
  • Secure priority access reservations and maintain partner protocols
  • Build and sustain local partnerships to enhance guest itineraries
  • Lead and schedule bell and door associates
  • Deliver ongoing training in service and product knowledge
  • Conduct daily preshift meetings
  • Foster a culture aligned with brand behaviors
  • Manage food and beverage inventory with focus on efficiency
  • Partner with Finance and Culinary on cost controls
  • Ensure billing policies are adhered to
  • Utilize PMS, POS, CRM and communication tools for operational alignment
  • Maintain detailed guest experience logs and KPI dashboards
  • Share operational insights during leadership meetings
  • Escalate risks with proposed solutions
