Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2-4 years of related work experience
- Proven ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work long irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand or remain stationary and move about for long periods
- Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 30 lbs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Effective English communication skills verbally and in writing

Job Duties
- Manage and schedule part-time event supervisors, ushers and ticket takers for events
- Resolve venue guest challenges, concerns and complaints before, during and after events to maintain positive public relations
- Coordinate with box office, security and parking departments to prepare staffing and logistics for events
- Develop and implement a guest experience training program to enhance policy adherence and service
- Hire and discipline part-time staff in coordination with human resources
- Manage large crowds in varying event environments by anticipating problems and implementing solutions
- Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, lost and found management, inventory, data reporting and budget tracking
- Serve as primary administrator for customer feedback and incident management platforms
- Assist guests with special needs ensuring ADA compliance and translation services
- Act as manager on duty for selected events
