Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality roles
- capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend and reach overhead frequently
- dexterity to handle kitchen equipment safely
- comfortable working in extreme temperatures including near open flames
- ability to communicate effectively with multiple team members
- visual acuity including close, distance, and peripheral vision
- physical ability to sit, squat, kneel occasionally
- capacity to maintain alertness and safety
- willingness to work occasionally in outdoor weather conditions

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
- be responsible for the entire guest experience
- develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
- put deliveries away plus any additional duties assigned
- ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- assist with any additional duties assigned
