Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or hospitality roles
  • capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to bend and reach overhead frequently
  • dexterity to handle kitchen equipment safely
  • comfortable working in extreme temperatures including near open flames
  • ability to communicate effectively with multiple team members
  • visual acuity including close, distance, and peripheral vision
  • physical ability to sit, squat, kneel occasionally
  • capacity to maintain alertness and safety
  • willingness to work occasionally in outdoor weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • inventory and budget management skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to cross train in various restaurant roles

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away plus any additional duties assigned
  • ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
