Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments
- Ability to bend, reach overhead, and work in tight spaces
- Close, distance, and peripheral vision required
- Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
- Ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
- Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
- Must be comfortable working near open flames
- Ability to work outdoors occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Flexible and willing to cross train across various restaurant functions
Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members and special ops trainers
- Be responsible for the entire guest experience
- Develop culinary leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
- Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
- Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
- Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
