Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or management preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures
  • ability to work near open flames
  • physical agility including bending, reaching overhead, sitting, squatting, and kneeling
  • must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
  • excellent vision including close, distance, and peripheral vision

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • ability to manage inventory, ordering, and budget
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • capability to cross train in different restaurant functions

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members and Special Ops Trainers
  • be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • oversee food and beverage management including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • put deliveries away and perform additional duties as assigned
  • cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
