Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned store
- Availability to work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional early mornings or late nights
- At least 1 year of retail or customer experience
- Some leadership, mentoring, or delegation experience
- Ability to move through store environment with bright lights and loud music
- Ability to occasionally move boxes up to 30 lbs
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service, food safety and/or liquor certification is a plus but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of retail or customer experience such as guest resolution or navigating difficult conversations
- Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to lead and inspire others
- Commitment to inclusivity and positive guest experiences
- Ability to analyze business data and motivate team members
Job Duties
- Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
- Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every single guest receives technical product education and assisting guests when needed
- Move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests
- Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness for guests and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts
- Open and close the store in accordance with opening and closing procedures
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate team to drive business results
- Participate in the store's hiring process including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training
- Address team member performance and support ongoing learning and development through feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive relationships and creating a fun and productive workplace
