Job Requirements

  • must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location
  • must have reliable transportation to assigned store
  • availability for variable work schedule including mornings afternoons evenings weekends holidays and special event times
  • minimum 1 year of retail or customer experience
  • some leadership or mentoring experience preferred
  • able to move and stand during shifts
  • able to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year retail or customer experience including guest resolution and navigating difficult conversations
  • experience in leading mentoring or delegating with others
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work varied schedules including mornings afternoons evenings weekends and holidays
  • ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • commitment to inclusive and respectful workplace
  • familiarity with technical product knowledge

Job Duties

  • bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
  • continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education ensuring every guest receives technical product education and assistance when needed
  • move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business team and guests
  • conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout the shift
  • open and close the store following established procedures
  • review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate team to drive results
  • participate in the store's hiring process including recruitment selection hiring recommendations onboarding and training
  • address team member performance and support ongoing learning and development through feedback coaching and recognition
  • contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships and engaging with team members creating a fun and productive environment
