Job Requirements
- must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location
- must have reliable transportation to assigned store
- availability for variable work schedule including mornings afternoons evenings weekends holidays and special event times
- minimum 1 year of retail or customer experience
- some leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- able to move and stand during shifts
- able to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year retail or customer experience including guest resolution and navigating difficult conversations
- experience in leading mentoring or delegating with others
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work varied schedules including mornings afternoons evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to motivate and inspire team members
- commitment to inclusive and respectful workplace
- familiarity with technical product knowledge
Job Duties
- bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
- continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education ensuring every guest receives technical product education and assistance when needed
- move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business team and guests
- conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout the shift
- open and close the store following established procedures
- review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate team to drive results
- participate in the store's hiring process including recruitment selection hiring recommendations onboarding and training
- address team member performance and support ongoing learning and development through feedback coaching and recognition
- contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships and engaging with team members creating a fun and productive environment
