Job Requirements

  • Be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location
  • Have reliable transportation to travel to assigned store
  • Availability to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and potential early mornings or late nights during peak times
  • At least 1 year experience in retail or customer service
  • Ability to move through the store with bright lights and loud music
  • Ability to occasionally lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
  • For experiential stores with food or beverage service, food safety or liquor service certification may be required
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of retail or customer experience, including guest resolution and navigating difficult conversations
  • Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks with others
  • Ability to provide technical product education and create a guest connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Desire and ability to motivate, empower, and develop team members
  • Understanding of inclusive and diverse work cultures

Job Duties

  • Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
  • Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every single guest receives technical product education and assisting guests when needed
  • Move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests
  • Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness for guests and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts
  • Open and close the store in accordance with opening and closing procedures
  • Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate team to drive results
  • Participate in the store's hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training
  • Address team member performance and support ongoing learning and development through feedback, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships and engaging with team members
