Job Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
  • Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned store
  • Availability to work varied shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and peak timeframes
  • Ability to move around the store, including lifting boxes up to 30 lbs
  • Basic experience in retail or customer service and leadership
  • For experiential stores with food and beverage services, food safety and/or liquor service certification may be required
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment with bright lighting and music

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of retail or customer experience including guest resolution and handling difficult conversations
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks within a team
  • Ability to assess and provide technical product education
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Desire and ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others

Job Duties

  • Lead and bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life from the sales floor
  • Provide technical product education to guests, ensuring all receive knowledgeable and personalized service
  • Act as the Supervisor on Duty by moving dynamically on the floor to manage business, team, and guest needs
  • Conduct preparation and operational tasks to ensure the store is ready and maintained for guests throughout shifts
  • Open and close the store following established procedures
  • Analyze daily sales data and metrics to track progress and motivate the team towards achieving sales goals
  • Participate in hiring processes including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training
  • Provide direct feedback and coaching to support team member performance and development
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and fun team environment through supportive relationships and engagement
