Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned store
- Availability to work varied shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and peak timeframes
- Ability to move around the store, including lifting boxes up to 30 lbs
- Basic experience in retail or customer service and leadership
- For experiential stores with food and beverage services, food safety and/or liquor service certification may be required
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment with bright lighting and music
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of retail or customer experience including guest resolution and handling difficult conversations
- Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks within a team
- Ability to assess and provide technical product education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Desire and ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others
Job Duties
- Lead and bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life from the sales floor
- Provide technical product education to guests, ensuring all receive knowledgeable and personalized service
- Act as the Supervisor on Duty by moving dynamically on the floor to manage business, team, and guest needs
- Conduct preparation and operational tasks to ensure the store is ready and maintained for guests throughout shifts
- Open and close the store following established procedures
- Analyze daily sales data and metrics to track progress and motivate the team towards achieving sales goals
- Participate in hiring processes including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training
- Provide direct feedback and coaching to support team member performance and development
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and fun team environment through supportive relationships and engagement
