Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. This establishment is licensed to use McDonald's iconic logos and food products but operates as a completely separate entity from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees. This means if you join this team, you will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. While the franchisee uses McDonald's brand and resources, McDonald's USA does not participate in hiring decisions or employment processes at this restaurant.

Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Willingness to work between 8am and 8pm

- Capability to assist customers with kiosks

Job Duties
- Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
- Offer help with using the ordering kiosks
- Provide assistance to customers in need
- Check with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure children receive kid treats
- Handle customer concerns effectively
- Communicate feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team
