Job Description

SLI Enterprises operates multiple McDonald's restaurants throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including locations in Irving, Dallas, Mesquite, Caddo Mills, Greenville, Commerce, Italy, Waxahachie, Fairfield, Mexia, Corsicana, Ennis, and Terrell. This chain of independently franchisee-owned restaurants operates under a license to use McDonald's branding and food products but is an independent company and a separate employer from McDonald's USA. Employment at these locations is managed entirely by the franchisee, including all hiring, supervision, staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary matters, with no involvement from McDonald's USA itself. Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to work between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive and friendly demeanor
  • Willingness to work part-time
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Must be 16 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
  • Offer help with using the ordering kiosks
  • Provide assistance to guests in need of extra help
  • Check with guests once they have their food to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure kids receive a kid treat
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
  • Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
