Job Requirements
- Be 16 years old or older
- Availability to work various shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and cleaning
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience beneficial but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals by taking orders and handling payments
- Prepare all of McDonald's world-famous food including cooking and assembling orders
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking phenomenal
