  • Lead the experience by checking in with guests to ensure their satisfaction

  • Provide expert insight into McDonald’s App promotions and Mobile Order & Pay features
  • Maintain effective communication to anticipate and meet customer needs
  • Foster a hospitable and inclusive atmosphere for all guests
  • Support training and advancement opportunities for team members
