Job Duties
- Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
- Handle guest concerns and provide resolutions to their satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Provide expert insight into promotions and benefits of the McDonalds App and Mobile Order & Pay features
- Foster a positive team environment through communication and support
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements
- Assist in training new team members
