Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous hotel front desk experience or two plus years of customer service strongly preferred
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight of about 25 pounds
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage guest registration process
  • Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
  • Engage in casual conversation to create a welcoming experience
  • Process forms of payment accurately
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries
  • Maintain the front desk area in a professional manner
  • Assist with check-out and billing procedures
