Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in food service, concessions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be at least 16 years old or meet local work age requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year experience working in food service, concessions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests
  • Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns
  • Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Duties

  • Bring enthusiastic, friendly guest service to every interaction
  • Serve food and drinks while keeping the café clean, stocked, and inviting
  • Support sales goals with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Manage lines safely and smoothly
  • Follow opening and closing procedures and uphold safety standards
  • Interact confidently with guests of all ages
  • Maintain a safe environment and support overall attraction operations
