Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months - 1 year experience in food service, concessions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in loud and confined environments
  • self-motivated with problem-solving abilities
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to deliver friendly, enthusiastic guest service

Job Qualifications

  • 6 months - 1 year experience working in food service/concessions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
  • fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
  • excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests
  • able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
  • self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns
  • must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Duties

  • bring enthusiastic, friendly guest service to every interaction
  • serve food and drinks while keeping the café clean, stocked, and inviting
  • support sales goals with a positive, proactive attitude
  • manage lines safely and smoothly
  • follow opening/closing procedures and uphold safety standards
  • interact confidently with guests of all ages
  • maintain a safe environment and support overall attraction operations
