Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
  • no related work experience required
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Duties

  • greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
  • provide information about hotel services and local area attractions
  • complete operational reports accurately and timely
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
  • coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • uphold company policies and standards during all guest interactions
