Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide detailed information about the hotel and local area
  • Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare and complete necessary operational reports and documentation
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform light physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests to enhance guest experience
  • Support and uphold company policies, procedures, and quality standards
