Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer guest inquiries and provide detailed information about the hotel and local area
- Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare and complete necessary operational reports and documentation
- Participate in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Perform light physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to enhance guest experience
- Support and uphold company policies, procedures, and quality standards
