Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years related experience
- Luxury experience required
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move safely in uneven terrain or confined spaces
- Ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
- Ability to remain stationary for 8 hours or more
- Walking and standing required for the rest of the working day
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- CPR and First Aid certified

Job Duties
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- Act as the final gatekeeper of room preparedness and fulfillment of guest requests
- Assist with garment pressing, shoeshine and daily room maintenance
- Coordinate guest requests with Guest Experience Manager and Concierge team
