Job Duties
- Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
- Maintains complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment, use equipment only as intended
- Resolves guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- Acts as the final gatekeeper of room preparedness and fulfillment of guest request/preference items collected by the guest experience team
- Meets arriving guests at the guestroom doorstep upon arrival or within 5 minutes after entering a guest room
- Coordinates room service with in-room dining and assist in preparing the room for a meal
