Job Duties
- Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
- maintains complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
- resolves guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
- monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- acts as the final gatekeeper of room preparedness and fulfillment of guest requests/preference items
- facilitates garment pressing, shoeshine services and assists with daily room maintenance
- meets arriving guests promptly and offers detailed room orientation
- coordinates room service with in-room dining and assists in preparing the room for a meal
- maintains butler pantry and keeps inventory of all items
- coordinates guest requests with Guest Experience Manager and Concierge team
- performs all duties with professionalism and a pleasant demeanor
