Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in luxury hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
- CPR and First Aid certification

Job Duties
- Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
- Maintains knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment and uses equipment only as intended
- Resolves guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- Acts as the main point of contact for guests staying in the signature suites
- Coordinates with housekeeping to ensure guestrooms and suites are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard
- Meets arriving guests at the guestroom doorstep and offers detailed room orientation and complimentary services
- Coordinates room service and maintains butler pantry inventory
- Assists with departure plans and guests upon departure
- Performs all duties with professionalism and a pleasant demeanor
