Job Requirements
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, some Sundays, and the first Monday evening of each month
- Great entry point for recent cosmetology graduates or those beginning their career in beauty
- Passion for beauty and for making people feel amazing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Social media management or makeup experience is an asset

- Licensed cosmetologist preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience for all guests
- Manage appointments, confirmations, and check-in/check-out using booking software
- Contact members and clients to encourage rebooking and maintain strong relationships
- Support the team of stylists and makeup artists to keep the bar running smoothly
- Monitor and assist with inventory to ensure products are stocked and organized
- Serve as a membership concierge by explaining membership guidelines and benefits, highlighting monthly perks and promotions, and assisting with membership freezes and cancellations
- Promote product sales, service upgrades, and memberships to help grow the business
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and positivity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities
- Run and manage the salon's social media presence with creative, engaging content
- Assist the owner and bar boss with administrative tasks and appointment coordination
- Assist with shampoo services if licensed cosmetologist
- Complete makeup training and assist with makeup services as part of your role
