Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work evening shifts Monday through Friday 3:00pm-8:30pm
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Familiarity with hospital services and community
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in guest services areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of hospital environment and services a plus
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and attend to guest needs
- Follow organization policies, procedures, and security management guest check-in process
- Participate in department performance improvement activities
- Maintain flow of communication and resources for Guest Services
- Handle stressful situations professionally while maintaining quality work and excellent customer service
- Review and update daily schedules, resolve conflicts
- Keep guest service areas clean and assist patients and visitors with directions and information
- Provide accurate assistance by being familiar with hospital services, people, and locations
